ORDER CONFIRMATION
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing detailed information about the goods ordered and your delivery information. Please review the details of your order carefully, and contact us immediately if there are any discrepancies. If you do not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours, please check your spam folder.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email containing the tracking number for your order.

We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc...).
You'll receive a notification email with a tracking number once your order has shipped out.

- We strive to ensure timely delivery, however, there may be instances of extended shipping times due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, wars, embargoes, riots, etc. Such circumstances may result in delays of up to 5 business days. In these cases, we will maintain close communication with the carrier and keep you updated on the status of your order.
- Due to certain restrictions, we are unable to ship to some regions in the United States. We do not deliver to U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, military facilities (APO/FPO addresses), or diplomatic locations (DPO addresses).
- We currently accept major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, JCB) and PayPal payments.
Although you will be able to display prices in different currencies, we will still process orders in default US dollars.
THE DELIVERY TIME
Total delivery time = Handling time + Shipping time
Handling time: We try our best to process all orders within 1-3 business days of receipt, but it can take longer during peak periods (holiday seasons, big sales, etc).
Shipping time: 7-20 business days
INCORRECT ADDRESS/SHIPMENT TRACKING
- Please ensure you provide the correct address at checkout. pokesgift will not be responsible if your order is delivered to an incorrect address.
- If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible at support@pokesgift.com.
- For orders returned due to an incorrect delivery address provided, you will be required to pay the cost for reshipment.
- If you contact the carrier to request a reroute or redirection of your package after it has been shipped, and the package is lost, stolen, or damaged during this process, pokesgift will not be liable for any loss.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES OR DAMAGED
We take all reasonable precautions to ensure that products are not damaged. If a product is damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the goods at support@pokesgift.com with your order info and images of the damaged product attched.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
All orders placed on our website may be canceled before they are shipped. If you contact us on time, we will refund the full payment to your payment procedure.
However, for orders already in transit or have been processed, we regret that we can not cancel these orders.

DELIVERY TIME EXCEEDED
- In the event of force majeure, order processing may be delayed. However, we will make every effort to expedite your order. If your order is delayed, please contact us at support@pokesgift.com, and we will promptly verify the situation with the shipping company. Thank you for your understanding.
THE PRODUCT RECEIVED IS DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I ORDERED
Email us immediately with your order ID and photos of the shipping label, and the product itself. Send all photos to support@pokesgift.com
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Customs duties and taxes incurred during transportation are borne by pokesgift. Please let me know if you have any questions: support@pokesgift.com
PLEASE NOTE
- When encountering force majeure, the processing of orders will be delayed. Nevertheless, it is ensured that your order will be processed in a fast manner when weather permits.
- Your order will be sent to the address indicated at checkout. Any package returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address will be re-shipped at your expense.
- You have to pay your own shipping fee for the returned product if it's not the problem of the quality.
